    Hey! I'm new to rom hacking and I'm working on a hack that makes all the battles in Emerald double battles. I was wondering if there is a way to give the player another pokemon at the same time they get their starter OR if there's a way to unlock pokeballs before the first rival fight and require 2 pokemon to start the fight. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :)
