Mirror Coat (Level up move, use if hit by powerful attack but barely survive)

Here's what mine knows:

Hail
Water Pulse
Blizzard
Shadow Ball

Hail works well with it's ability, Snow Cloack. Plus, Hail also increases the accuracy of Blizzard to 100%, much the same way as Rain Dance does with Thunder.
