Issue: Glitch with similes and URL posting?

So as I've seen, you need to have 15 posts to link to other sites. However every time I add a simile to my post, I get the message saying I need to have 15 posts to link to other sites, when there is not a single link in my post.

Then just... don't use smilies for 15 posts? Not that hard. XD

Actually it's because the smilies have to be linked to (not necessarily in img tags, but in html replacement), which creates a link. And you can't post links until you have 15 posts.
