I've been wondering, are there glitches in the Advance games like there were in the old GBA/GBC games? Like Missing No., going some where were you're not suppose to, etc?

YES BUT YOU NEED A CHEATING DEVICE

There is one glitch in the Advance Generation. It is a cloning glitch that only works in Emerald.
    1. Go to battle tower.
    2. Deposit the pokemon you want to clone in the PC. (add items at this stage to clone items)
    3. Save your game.
    4. Withdraw your pokemon you want to clone.
    5. Talk to the lady behind the counter who is closest to the PC.
    6. Make the challenge and select any two pokemon.
    7. She will ask you to save the game. Say yes.
    8. There will be a two-three second pause at this point and the normal save dialogue pops up. After the pause, not during, turn off your game.
    9. Your pokemon will now be in the part and PC.

There's no MissingNo glitch in this game, no. If you hear about a glitch about getting some rocket launch and getting to fly into space.. well that's fake too.

There is a cloning glitch in Emerald, which enables you to get the exact copy of a Pokemon and its traits, characteristics, and items, etc.

Thaaat isn't a glitch. Glitches are something unintentionally caused by the data in the game without the use of an external device.

    Edit: Beaten. :x

Sweet, I don't own Emerald but my friend does, I'll have to tell him about this.

I'd recommend cloning Pokemon that are holding valuable items, such as the Master Ball or Leftovers. After the cloning glitch is done, you will have two of them.

And you can clone more than one Pokemon at once. Just Deposit 1 or more pokemon and withdraw them, and they'll both be cloned. ;D

Is the 'Internal Battery is Dry' a glitch?

The glitch that makes clock-based events (such as berry planting) not work.

Actually, there are some glitches in other version that may corrupt the file.(eg.Corrupted Hall of fame data, Ghost town in Saffron...)

About no. 8-When "would you like to save the game?" appears, thats the time you can turn of your game.
I did the wrong procedure before & my file got deleted, SO BE CAREFUL
(the glitch only works in emerald<cloning>)

Does the glitch where one uses a Pomeg Berry on a Pokemon with 1 HP left to give them "?35 HP" count? I read about it on Bulbapedia, tried it, it worked, and it was hilarious!
