5th Gen Global Link Issues?

    Hello everybody!

    Some months ago I joined some Global Link Online Tournaments using my Black 2. I won some matches, and I lost some others as well. I know there is some kind of prize for people who joined and played these tournaments, like berries or C-Gear wallpapers. My problem is that I have never been able to receive any prize after playing the tournament. I cannot find any tournament's prize in the "Promotions" section of the Global Link. Also, I cannot see my ranking on the leaderboards of the tournament, but I can see my Competion Entry History on my profile's page.

    Why cannot I receive any prize? Did it happen to you too? How did you solve the problem?
     
    Contact Pokemon.com for those kinda issues. I don't think anyone could tell you on here since your issue is specifically with Pokemon.com's PGL System.
