    I think I'm the only one who uses the GTC fairly. Almost every pokemon I search for belongs to someone in Japan who wants a Mew or a Mewtwo or some other pokemon that I can't even get.

    That's partly why I joined this forum; to trade and then also to battle, but I was just wondering if the people making those trades have a reason, or if they are just greedy and/or stupid. How can you seriously expect someone to trade a Mew for a Cascoon? Or to trade a level 30 Infernape for a level 100? It's insanity and it just ruins the whole system.

    yeaa..gts.. i hate it lol but i somehow managed to get palkia lmao and i cant stand when people want lv 100 legends and im asking for a trapinch lmao
     
    Every time I put a pokemon up for offer, I usually find someone willing to trade, because I make a good deal. So I guess it's comforting to know that there ARE other people who use it looking for fair trades, but I can never find people like that when I search. If I want it, I have to make the offer and wait for someone sensible to come around.

    That's is something I think Nintendo can improve with the next game; giving you more searching options for what you want AND what they are trading for it. I think that would save me a lot of time and make things a lot better for people who just need to trade for their Dex or something.
     
    Personally, I say that Nintendo should make it so you can see the summary screen before trading, so you can see if its hacked or not.
     
    I completely agree, that'd be awesome. I sometimes want to just get an AR and get a whole bunch of lv 100 <insert w/e pokemon here> for those ppl that want one for a lv 30... it'd clear the GTS up a bit, at least.

    The first month after DPs Japan release, the GTS was wonderful.
    But during the middle of the second month, it slowly started to become what it is now.
     
    It's not that bad, Pokémon like Palkia is easy to get, and not many people ask for mews now.
