Good competetive team?

I haven't started making a compeitive team yet but I want to see if it's a good team before i start making the team.

Lucario @ Item Leaftovers?
Nature - Lonely/Naughty
EVs - 252 Attack, 120 Spc Attack, 138 Speed
- Dragon Pulse
- Earthquake / Extreme speed
- Aura Sphere
- Swordsdance

Espeon @ Item Leaftovers?
Nature - Mild/Modest/Rash
EVs 252 Spc Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Hp
- Phychic
- Morning Sun
- ?
- ?

Or/And

Vaporeon @ Item Leaftovers?
Nature - Mild/Modest/Rash
EVs 252 Spc Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Hp
- Ice beam
- Haze / Toxic?
- Wish
- ?

I wanted them to be my physical sweeprs/Spec sweepers.
I don't know if this will work as I have only just read about EV's and team building.
This will be my first Competitve team so critisise all you want, make as many changes as you like and please reccomend some pokemon for Physical wall/Spc wall.

Lucario isnt quite fast enough to sweep with max EVs or a scarf. I'd swap the attack EVs with the speed ones and use life orb.

For ingame anything will work just level it up some. Staraptor was my choice.
