Mothim is a really bad pokemon, But if you've got to have a nature for it. I prefer Modest based on it's movepool.

it has decent attack and sp attack, but bad speed. it could probably pull off swarm + endure + salac berry to do some *hopeful* sweeping, but otherwise, this guy is at a loss.

Try Timid nature + Choice Specs / Scarf. I know you aren't asking for a moveset, but Steel types will lol at Mothim if it doesn't have HP Fire. Just a recommendation. Air Slash can do a bit of damage though.
