2nd Gen Got a question (O_O)

Now I know that Red and Green were released in Japan, then later on Blue was released.

However when the US versions (Red + Blue) were released, blue had the same unobtainable pokemon to the japanese version of green.

So does anybody know which pokemon were unobtainable in the japanese blue game?

It's something I've wanted to know for a while, and I looked into it, and theres not any wiki pages or anything.

Could somebody help?

I can answer your question, Pokemon Blue from Japanis our Pokemon Blue so far as I can tell... I've gotten up to mount moon and noticed no difference in pokemon that are catchable... although I have realized that Blue is also Pokemon Green, only difference I ever read about was in Green and Red the dungeon layout was different, I think somewhere I read something about likitung being in the wild. But I don't think I remember correctly, so Red is the american equivalent from japans red, and green is Pokemon Blue in America, but japans pokemon Blue is Pokemon Green with a new layout for the dungeon, and new art files.

Also the Japanese pokemon green game had terrible graphics.

But what I don't get is that, the red graphics weren't so bad so why did they make the Green graphics so horrible for?

I dunno but have you seen some of the Pokemon? To me I think that Mew looks like a muted alien.

maybe it was because Green was made first and Nintendo didnt know how to make good sprites (or maybe they used a S*** Program like paint)
