    I'm looking for a simple graphics program that can easily add special effects to pictures. It would help if it's free or a trial.
     
    I have already looked there today.
     
    a simple program with good effects? like that's gonna happen. you have to be good at a program to get good effects. if your program sucks, too, then basically, you're hopeless.

    As AC said it takes more to be a good artist than just a good program, Im going to lock this as Claires thread is just fine.
