Does anyone know if Macromedia Fireworks can do the grunge effect? If not, can Adobe Photoshop 5? Please don't just say no, and suggest Photoshop CS. I don't want to spend that much money.

You don't want people to tell you that what you're asking is impossible, even if it is? Meh - I'm sure it's possible in Photoshop 5, if you search for brushes for Phoroshop 5. Fireworks... I'm not so sure. I think that's a different kind of program?
