    Most sprites are nice.. For the last three sprites of your dex: the base looks the same and they look flat. I think you should improve them, a different base, more shading, and not seen from exactly forward...

    You are a very talented spriter, my favorite is definately your sprite on the seventh row. It is a completely original idea and came out very nicely

    On your first three fire pokemon, I think you should put one or two more shades of red/orange in each of the flame areas. Right now they seem a little flat and don't really match the balanced shading on the rest of the sprite.

    The shading on the first one is prefect because the amount of shading you have done comppared to the fire is nearly perfect, and the second one is alright as well. But the last one may look even better with more shading in the red/orange area.

    I sort of did that with this sprite, or course its way to big to be a game sprite but you can see what I mean nonetheless,

    thanks for your comment I will take it all into consideration. At the moment I cannot edit the sprites as I am on my ipod touch and it does not have an image editor. I will do when I have the means to. Merry christmas!

    They get pretty good near the bottom, and your water starter is pretty clever. I really dislike your fire ones though, the angles are off and the fire on them could really use some work.
     
    shall i scrap them then? i like the concepts the sprites arent too good
     
    for the fire types, you may want to make them seem a little less like the cyndaquil trio, which may have been your inspiration? either way they resemble them a bit, it may be the angles or the fire placement.

    i don't know if this is really constructive criticism but you may want to think about it

    I like your style, but your shading is a bit... ech. It cuts off in a pretty much straight line. Other then that, I really like them!
