Hi!
Just another Pokefan here.
I suppose I should start by giving whoever cares to read this a little bit of information about myself.
First of all, I'm 21 years old and I've been playing pokemon since I was in the 6th grade. I've never had too much interest in any of the Pokemon spin off games such as ranger and mystery dungeon, and I've become increasingly uninterested in each new generation of pokemon (I mean the actual monsters. The games are great.).
I absolutely love the first 151 pokemon. I could probably name off every one of them from memory, and nearly all of my favorite pokemon probably come from that list. I suppose the reason for that is because the first generation had such an impact on my childhood.
I liked the second generation but not nearly as much as the first. Probably because, by the time it came around, most of my friends had lost interest in the games.
Everything after the second generation seems to sort of blend together, and I've gotten kind of overwhelmed by all the new monsters that seem to be popping up.
Actually, that brings me to a question. How do over 300 new major species of pokemon happen to show up almost overnight, when it was originally established that there was only about 150 known species?
Anyways, for the past couple of days I've been working on a relatively simple hack for Pokemon Leaf green. I mainly joined the forums in order to get a bit of help and/or feedback on it sometime in the future.
