    I have soul silver and I need a growlithe terribly bad, I have a couple of good pokemon in the PC.
     
    You can not trade online anymore since Nintendo WFC is closed. Connectivity features are limited to local wireless only :) So you will have to meet up with someone in person to get a Growlithe.
