I think it is fake. Photoshop and/or other stuff. It look like a fanart thing. It doesn't look like something the company will draw as in animation wise.

Yeah, it's obviously fake, since it's PokeSho, which is a fanart site as Joe said above, and it says the release date is "11 - 21 - 05" yeah, don't you think someone would have heard about it already?
