Gts problem?

    i was trading a mew for burmy(bad trade but this mew was terrible so)but i couldent trade it so i tried with my nonshiny lv 100 and it worked,why?
     
    This is the wrong place for this topic.and theres just seems to be a no legendary trading thing or what not on GTS
     
    yeah but still,i could trade the lv 100.
