Guess the Pokémon from its Dex entry!

First thought at seeing 'magnetic field' is Magnezone or it's line.

The hardness of <this Pokemon's> fur depends on the Pokémon's mood. When <this Pokemon> is prepared to battle, its fur becomes pointed and needle sharp.
 
Jolteon?

Likes sap and is abundant in the wild. Why it evolves into various different forms is unknown. One cannot tell from (this pokemon's) appearance which form it will take when it evolves.
 
Different forms and you can't tell which one it becomes... Vivillon's line comes to mind. Can still evolve so not the final evo. Is it Spewpa ?

Not Jolteon. Not Chespin. It is a gen 9 Pokemon.
