I'll move this to Pokemon General since you didn't really state whether or not you want show or not. So it'll all work there.

Well, Rock type Pokemon have an advantage over Flying type Pokemon, so I'd have to go with Brock on this one. X3 Although I believe Winona has a Skarmory both in the anime and in the games. And since Steel types can fair quite well against Rock types -who knows, Winona could turn the battle around. X3 So I'd go either way, really. XD
