Hacked pokemons

So basically, I have read somewhere that Nintendo said how breeded pokemons which parents were hacked are still illegal. Well, this is for me half true. True is that you used a lot of advantage to get perfectly breeded pokemon really quick, but still pokemon is generated by a game. So, what do you guys think? Also can you get banned for using that kind of pokemon in battles?
