6th Gen Hacked shiney Pokemon

I recently did a trade with a passerby, I traded my shiney Mienfoo for his shiney Garados.
So we did the trade and as soon as I relieved it I realized it was a hacked Pokemon.
Obviously I'm pissed, so what do I do now?
Would it be wrong to offer it up to trade with someone else?

That means it had Pokerus, but is no longer infectious.

If it has the blue hexagon (which all your pokemon should have) you're all good, but just a heads up man, Garados is not a valuable shiny, as soon as pokemon bank is up that thing will be virtually worthless...

Harmonious is right, it just means the Pokémon had the Pokérus at some point.

That means it had Pokerus, but is no longer infectious.

But it'll still receive all of the benefits of PokéRus even though it's no longer active.
