4th Gen hansiec's d/p/pt challange

this is a somewhat hard challange, enjoy.


rules
1. must start at twin leaf with a pokemon at level 1
2. no legendaries
3. you may only have use pokemon equal to the place you are such as route 1 no higher than 4 ect.
4. only 15 pokeballs
5. no revival things
6. you must only heal at a healing place
7. all trainers must be deafeted before proceeding
8. gym trainers don't need to be defeated nor trainers unavaible to reach.
9. only 4 pokemon in party
beating elite 4 is when you win
