I hatched my Happiny but I'm having trouble evolving it. I have to an Oval Stone too hold. Its happiness on my pokedex is blinking 2big hearts. I brought him in battle, withdrew him and won the battle with a higher pokemon. He leveled up from level 1 to level 5 but didn't evolve to a Chansey. Does it have to be daytime or something? Am I doing something wrong. Does he have to be a certain level?

Yeah you have to level it up once holding the oval stone in daytime.
