Hard to find Manga

    Have you ever really wanted a certain manga and had a hard time locating all the volumes?

    I have had this issue a few times.

    The first was Neck and Neck 3. For some reason all the other volumes are fairly easy to find at a decent price but not volume 3. Luckily I found someone on LJ that sold it to me for $8. Most people want about 4 to 5 times what it was when it was brand new.

    Then there is Wild Act volumes 9 and 10 are hard to come by without paying through the nose. I lucked out and found vol 10 used on craigslist. The girl only charged me a total of $6.50 for a manga that you can buy used on Amazon for $40+. Vol 9 I am still looking for, it is about $20 used on Amazon....way too much for a USED manga!!!

    So how about you?

    Yeah...Beet the Vandel Buster. It took me forever to find volume 3 >>
    ...of course, the artist for it has been ill, so there's a good chance al that work trying too find it will go to waste since it's been over a year since the last volume was released ._.
     
    It was hard to get wjuliet and kamikaze kaito jeanne, special edition vol.1. they were sold out everywhere! ;;

    Good to know I wasn't the only one searching far and wide. In the end, I just switched to the anime. O_O

    I'm...afraid of the anime. From what I hear it goes in a totally different direction than the manga(I know it doesn't start out the same way, which annoys the heck out of me- I could barely even stand it when it took One Piece pulled that ._.).

    HAVE I AT LAST FOUND ANOTHER BEET THE VANDEL BUSTER FAN :O THEY DO EXIST AFTER ALL!

    Anyway, on topic-
    I also find Pokemon Special to be hard to find...although I think that all seven of the volumes Viz rleased here(and they BETTER release the others here when they start reshipping them) are out of print.
     
    Pokemon Special. Definitely. 'Course, it's out of publication now in the US, but they're bringing it back =D Oh, and "The Best of Pokemon Adventures" doesn't suffice my fangirliness >.>

    Oh, and Nymphet. A.k.a. Kodomo no Jikan, which was put out of publication in the US because of a very "mature" scene between the male and female main characters. 'Course, not like I wanna buy the volumes; I just want to see its existence on the book shelves. Not like that'll ever happen anymore XD
     
    Yeah I had that problem to.I was trying to find this manga called Cross so I can read it online never found it :(...Oh well! :)
     
    I cannot locate any volumes of Tokyo Akazukin at my local second-hand bookstore.
    Same goes for volume 1 of Cynthia the Mission as well.
     
    Peach Girl was really hard to find for me, every manga and book store I went to was either out of stock or didn't have it.
