    Hey people do you read the pokemon diamond and pearl adventures comics (aka The Hareta Books)? I made powerpoints on him too...
    So this is to talk about Hareta's stupid things. As in the dumb things he did. Like in his battle with Gardenia when he bursted with laughter, saying, "I don't care if I'm stupid!" or when he battled on live TV, and threw his pokeball, umm, AT the male cameraman accidentally, or even when hethrew a pokeball to battle Gardenia in the forest, and bonked Gardenia so she fell on Mitsumi!

    I really like it. o3o (I think it's tied in 1st for favorite Pokemon Manga along with Pokemon Special. ;3; )

    Oh, Hareta~ You silly, idiotic boy. (and that line you mentioned is probably one of his defining quotes. )
    I think Mitsumi is interesting as well.

    I really like it, too. I've bought all 7 volumes that have been released here. I think it's pretty funny and cute, and I like Mitsumi a lot.

    Actually, Mitsumi is my favorite character in the manga.
    Idk, she just amuses me in her attempts to keep Hareta from doing something stupid.

    Jun is also hilarious. his failed attempts at flirting with Mitsumi always make me laugh, especially in the first two volumes.

    7 VOLUMES?????

    I've only seen 2 (which I have both of)

    I really like the series although I wanted to kill Shigekatsu Ihara (the book is right next to me XD) for not letting Hareta catch Munchlax, the rarest pokemon in sinnoh, insanely cute, and right in front of him.
    My favorite Character is Jun, there;s just something funny and cool about him
    And the DP snapshots make me laugh, I hope Ihara does one of these for Black and White (and lets the protagonist get a rare Pokemon)
     
    One of the "bookshops" that "sold" DPA is gone. It's been attacked by fanatics ("Burn a book, save a tree", y'know) and blown up.

    I "bought" Volumes 1-4 before they got destroyed but they also had Volume 5, which I didn't manage to "buy", sadly.

    Could someone, who has these books, "sell" them to me?

    Or perhaps, does anyone know another "bookshop" which "sells" them?

    I'm interested only in Volumes 5 and higher. So, if anyone could "sell" them or show me a "bookshop", please contact me on PM.

    Yeah, I remember when Hareta challenged a TV reporter to a battle (After hanging on a camera that broadcasted to a huge TV in the city), and then throwing his Pokeball, which landed, umm, ON the cameraman, and Mitsumi ran over, embarrased.

    And also once when Jun asked Mitsumi out to dinner, and Mitsumi said "Eat this!" and raised a bruise on Jun's head while he said, "Yummy"

    And also when the Team Galactic grunt had caterpie use String Shot to tie up Hareta, then Hareta inched towards him like a Caterpie and bit his "buttocks".

    Also, Gardenia said that Hareta was stupid to take on people much stronger than himself, and he burst out saying, "I don't care if I'm stupid! I'm going to keep getting stronger and win! Right, Piplup?"

    And also in the fifth volume when Hareta climbs up a Hydro Pump to tell Cyrus to butt out and let him battle, and the Hydro Pump died and he was just like *plop* "Ooooooppppssss..."

    But he shows heart in the fourth and fifth when he says that his only pokemon left aren't Regigigas and Piplup, Mitsumi's facing three opponents- Regigigas, Piplup, and... Hareta!
    LOL I love those books
