Has Niantic got problems today?

Have they got problems today I cannot get the game to load fully. The map and avatar shows not pokestops no spawning nothing showing on radar.

i have been playing off and on all morning. have not noticed any issues. just loaded the game and it is working fine.

You get exactly that, and also the avatar located correctly and moving as you move, when you have no internet. GPS requires no internet connection.

So this is just you being offline.

It was weird I definately had connection my signal was good and received text messages and a phone call. The wheel thingy on top left kept going round and round, stop and then go again. I restarted the app it may load for a short time and then it would go off again. It lasted for about 2 hours on my morning walk. Seems to be working now but I couldnt go out again

A friend of mine had similar problems yesterday, so maybe something is up with the servers.

Mine takes forever to start, like a solid 1 - 2 minutes... I wonder If it's my phone (but I doubt it) or what...
