same for zapdos. a freaking 2 levels since it's first caught?? come on dude, train a little more, what have you been doing? zapdos at level 50 should be good enough to beat gary though, considering you pick charizard he must have blastoise. zapdos can OHKO blastoise.
you can forget lapras and raichu cuz they're way too low levels. just put them away, they're too weak to do anything.
your charizard still has hope. level him up to 50ish and he'll be able to OHKO executtor, though zapdos at drill peck should be able to take care of executtor so techinically you don't need charizard either.
your kadabra, if evolved to alakazam, should be able to sweep gary's team too. it's definitely at a high enough level. how come you don't train any of your pokemon except kadabra? you should keep your team balanced...... and don't use kadabra against executtor because his attacks won't work. executor is resistant to psychic, so i think that may be where your problem is.
