Having Trouble resizing Intro Trainer sprites to correct size

    Hello, I have been working on a trainer sprite for my male MC trainer and got it mostly done. But since I'm going off of a Spriter's Resource image, it is smaller than the 80x160 pixel dimensions necessary for RPGMaker XP. How does one go about solving that with no Photoshop? The dimensions of the image I currently have is 34x76.
