[Battle] Health bars animate too quickly - I need help

    So I just started using pokemon essentials and RPG Maker XP, so I'm quite the noob. What bugs me is the animation for losing HP, it's super fast, and I feel like this doesn't feel good for the player. Do anyone know how to fix this on 17.2?
