It would be better to post Ev's and Items if your actually gonna play with the big boys & Girls.

I'm not all "in" with competitive but I know a few things ~

Surf & Waterfall should be the only HM moves you use on Competitive teams.

From a quick glance, Espeon doesn't fair well with Bite and Crawdaunt with Surf. Stick to only 1 type of move for each Pokemon; for easier coverage.

I think you should have a quick lookies over at Smogon.com
