I have a question...How the heck does Charmander learn Heat Wave? It says that it learns that in every guide I read. I hope someone knows.

It appears that Charizard can only learn Heat Wave from the Move Maniac on Two Island near the Game Corner. You have to give him one Big Mushroom or two Small Mushrooms in order to learn the move. Hope that helps.
