Hi all. I'm Ryck from the UK and I'm hoping I've found a group that will help me improve and enjoy my Pokemon gameplay.

I've played Pokemon almost since it first appeared on the GameBoy but always on my own. Consequently I usually end up with teams that go from bad to worse very quickly. Now I'm starting Platinum and trying to avoid that situation happening again. Any pointers to good sources of advice for starters would be appreciated.

So, great to be here. I've read and understood the rules - what's next?

    Oh, great. Another UK bastard

    Welcome, Ryck!

If you need help with competitive gameplay, I'm sure I can help you out! Just leave me a visitor message, and I'll be sure to get back to you.

Well, you've come to the right place. The next thing you should do I guess is find a topic you want to talk about.

If you like the show, try the Pokémon TV Show and Movies board.

If you like games, there is a large amount of topics in the Pokémon Video Game Discussions section.

If you like Hacking, you want the Emulation board.

If you like fan made games, try the Game Development board.

Or if you just like pokemon, go to the Pokémon General board.

But that's not all there's lots more boards to explore.

Have fun and follow the rules!

(I feel like I just was in a tv commercial....)

    Welcome to PC Ryck!
I'm a fan of the UK myself, so I'm rather jealous of you already XD

And tbh, picking starters.. just pick fire type. Always XD

Anyways, read them rules and have some fun.
