Welcome to the forums, huh? I guess sometimes you randomly go on, and on, and bam, you joined the forums! How did you get on the forums for the first time? Have you been using the forums as a guest?
Don't worry too much about everything even if you're just getting started - I bet that you should be able to get it going pretty well, huh? There should be guides for you to read for newcomers!

Was it your looking for a place to discuss both Pokemon and other things? Looking forward to discuss your interests with the people in here? Everything is pretty much here as you can see, so I'm can guarantee you that you will have a lot of fun in here. :D
What Twiggy said, you should totally read the guide that Megan posted in this very section, it is very helpful and I'm sure you will get everything covered! It's hard to tell what your interests are and so, so it might be pretty great if you could tell us more about yourself, so we'll be able to guide you what are the boards here that you might probably like! But yeah, take time to explore around, don't take things too rush! ^__^
And so, Megan and I are here to help you in case you have any questions or if you need assistance, so don't hesitate to contact any of us, and if we're both not around, the other staffers are there to, so don't be shy! =p
