Hello I'm new... came to ask a fairly insignificant question. My Drednaw is 29 lvls young and she is a beautiful lady pincher. Right now she knows "Headbutt," "Water Gun," "Bite," and "Rock Tomb." I was wondering if I should teach her "High Horsepower" instead of WG? I don't like taking away the only water type move with it being a water and rock type but I really like the high attack power of HH. What should I do?

I would remove Water Gun for High Horsepower. Water gun gets STAB so would be 60 power rather than 40 but High Horsepower is higher than 60 :)
