A PM is short for "Private Message." This is a way for you to contact other members of PC and talk to them privately.

You get friends by...well, by posting on the forums. XD You'll eventually get to know people and make friends fast. :3

Mods are part of the staff team and help run the forums and keep the boards free of SPAM. As my usertitle states, I am a mod so you can PM me if you ever need help on anything else. ^^

Sooo, in conclusion...welcome to PC and enjoy your stay. XD
