Hello, everybody.
I'm new to PokéCommunity, besides a bit of previous lurking, and I decided to join, with a bit of coaxing from Raibutai. It seems like a very positive and welcoming community, and I hope to enjoy my time here.
I've dabbled in graphics editing and design, and have moderate proficiency with The GIMP and Inkscape, both open source graphics editors. Perhaps I can contribute in some way.
On the topic of Pokémon itself, I'm not a particularly avid fan, but I did enjoy the first generation, especially Blue (my first Game Boy game) and Yellow. The Fire Red and Leaf Green remakes were fun to play... if only Nintendo would remake Yellow.
