Help building a team for VGC

As of now the only Gen 5 pokemon i have ready for competition are

Haxorus @ life orb 252 ATK/252 Sp/4 HP
-Swords Dance
-Outrage
-Taunt
-Earthquake

Chandelure @ life orb 252 SpATK/ 252 Sp/ 4 HP
-Shadow Ball
-Calm Mind
-Flamethrower
-Substitute

Exadrill @ air baloon 252 ATK/ 252 Sp/ 4 HP
-X-scissor
-Swords Dance
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide

Zoroark @ none yet 252 SpATK/ 252 Sp/ 4 Def
(no moveset yet)

Victini @ leftovers 252 HP/60 Def / 196 Speed
move 1: Will-o-Wisp
move 2: Taunt
move 3: Focus Blast
move 4: Psychic

Krookodile @ Choice Band/Scarf 252 ATK/252 Spd/ 4 HP
-Crunch
-Outrage
- Earthquake
-Stone edge


So basically im just trying to see what kind of team i can make, and it isn't limited to the pokemon above, these are just the gen 5 i have already. Also are ubers aloud?
I'm looking for a lead too, so who is a good Gen 5 lead?

1. You can't use victini, all legendaries are NOT allowed ( with the exception of the musketeer and genie trios )
2.If you have max Sp Atk EVs on your Zoroark ( Which I don't think is a legendary )
then use special attacks use a moveset like this
-Night Daze ( Exclusive move 10% chance of lowering accuracy )
-Flamethrower ( for type coverage )
-Extrasensory ( Egg move, type coverage )
-Counter ( Once again an egg move, nice if you give it a Focus Item )
Also, just a warning, Have more diverse types, A Scrafty with/with out Ice Punch would Wipe your team and maybe get stopped by Haxorus ( Depends if it has Ice Punch )
So maybe switch out some of your pokemon for others. May I use some sets I recently gave to another user

Your going to have to switch out ether Zoroark or Krookidile, One or the Other
Maybe replace one for a pokemon covering some of these types
Ice
Grass
Water
Psychic
Rock
Poison
Bug
Any of those types could give you more of an edge with your team
