Help coding a layout

    Hey, I'm tempted to try making a new fansite again. This time for one of my favorite artists. Its been a while since I've done stuff like this so I've pretty much forgotten advanced HTML and only really remember the basics. Thus, I need help coding a layout.

    I made in paint what I want the layout to look like. And below I've supplied the link for the background (fixed top right)

    I was considering doing this, but that's a really vague mockup. For example, you haven't provided the top image: is the ticketmaster.ca thing ads? What's the transparent logo -- do you need to attach it?
     
    Oops. Should've included the specs. Basically the only specification is that I need the layout to be 1000px in width. The logo will be transparent, and I'll add that into the completed layout in the end as I don't have access to photoshop just right now. As for the Ads, the site that may host me will require and ad of that size (728 X 90) on the site, thus I included it in the mock up.
