So far, I have already made one of my team members.

Tangrowth
Relaxed
Item: Leftovers
Chlorophyll
Moves: Power Whip, Synthesis, Rock Slide, Earthquake
E.V:
252 HP
252 DEF
4 SP.D


Now, what could I use this Tangrowth for?

I want it to be an UU team, and I would like some strategy with it.

I am open to all suggestions and would appreciate the help since I'm new to competitive playing.

Unfortunately, the forum does require complete teams. I'll help you get started though.

I'm not good at UU, so there's only so much help I can give, but I do know that Milotic is a popular bulky Pokemon. Mono Water is great defensive typing, and it helps take a lot of attacks aimed at Tangrowth, especially Fire and Ice attacks.

The best help I can give beyond that is a link to usage statistics which you can use to know what to prepare for or maybe even what to use. This will probably end up getting locked, but that's a good start for next time. Asking a better UU player like Dark Azelf (there are others I can't think of :x).

Unfortunately, we can't really build a team for you. It's pretty easy to have a general idea about where you want to go with your team. Even if you're not sure about your choices, list them anyway and people can suggest changes as they rate.

Feel free to post another thread when you have a full team constructed.
