HELP IN CHANGING THE SPRITES OF THE MAIN CHARACTER!!!!

    HELP!!! i am new to this

    ....... really need help for changing the main character sprite and also the picture (when in a trainer battle and in viewing the trainers card), if someone know please tell me!!!!!
