3rd Gen Help me find my missing Pokemon

Ok, so i quit playing fire red a while back, and let my son play. he didnt really do much, basically swapped out my party group and played a little. so i went to migrate some pokemon onto diamond, only to find that three were missing(i know they are cause they were in my party at some point). the three missing are charzard, raichu, and zapdos. i havnt played the game in a while and have no idea where anything is...is there somewhere he could have put them or stored them somewhere other than the pc? any help would be appriciated!

-Maybe they are in the Daycare Center(one located on Island 5, one located on the route below Cerulean City)
-You might migrated them, and you forgot

They are most likely in the Day Care. You are missing three Pokemon and the two Day Cares hold three Pokemon altogether. Check there first.

Check every computer box, maybe he put them in an empty box
