I can enter only if use a proxy, the error message is this:

I am in Italy and i use Internet Explorer 8, i have tried also with Firefox but not working howewer.

Did you try Google Chrome? Also, was it the first time you entered PC in some time or did it happen suddenly while browsing?

EDIT: o well scratch that. Maybe it's your OS.

I can't change the operating system or the browser when the problem is of the website, doesn't work even in Windows 7.
Last week the site regularly worked, I don't understand why should I use Chrome, I prefer leave the forum...

It's probably a problem with your internet system; if it's wireless then maybe a router problem, or maybe your provider is blocking PC for some reason?

The problem is of all Italy and probably of Europe, my cousin have a different ISP and different router but have the same problem.
I don't think that the problem is mine, this site is down once a month, HackMew can confirm it.
I have installed Google chrome, sucks and doesn't work howewer:

I have restarted my router yesterday and i have this problem since 3-4 days.
And this problem is also of my 5 friends, with different router and ISP.

A problem with the DNS servers.

You can configure your Router / Computer to use OpenDNS (https://www.opendns.com)

Or you could:
Run command prompt in Administrator mode (Right click on command prompt, run as administrator)
Then type this

cd \Windows\System32\drivers\etc
notepad hosts

Now type the following line at the end

173.133.255.180 pokecommunity.com

and save.

This is temporary solution, it'd be better if you use OpenDNS instead.

Why you shouldn't do so:

When PC changes hosts, the bookmark won't work
If one website doesn't work, it's like many others won't as well
You ISP's DNSes are probably slower than OpenDNS, making your internet slow.

But it's still your choice.

I just deleted my file hosts and the bookmark is an ink with the address

And if not mistaken it should work forever.

I don't know OpenDNS and i don't know the effect that could have select it.

I prefer use the bookmark then.
