Help Me Out, Please

    OK, I'm making a web site/forum, right? I know I'm right. XD. (sorry... I'm a bit hyper.) Anyways, I really need some staff. I need someone to make banners, buttons/graphics/etc (what ever you wanna call it), layouts, and avatars... or you can find avatars on the web (just make sure you have the creators permission.). I also need someone to do the programming and what not. The core usergroups are in the forum... meaning what ever you are going to be (programmer, designer, etc.) are in the forum. They have access to the admincp... but not full access (to everything). Depending on how well I learn to trust you, determins whether or not I give you FTP access. It may help you to know that I am using vBulletin.

    To qualify, give me proof of what experience you have, and what you wanna be. I will PM you, letting you know the url. I won't give it out yet, because it's not done, and I don't want people seeing it yet. Plus it's closed, meaning you can't access it.

    Please pleeeeaaase PLEASE, help me out here. I really do need staff.

    ok sure... hmmm, this is standerd(SP) procedure. Editing the content, and templates will take some trust so I'm going to need 5-10 reccomendations. The reason why I ask for this, is because you will need FTP access, and that is pretty major. Please don't hate me for this >.<.

    Ooooooooooookaaaaaaaaaay, let's catch up on some things...

    Vincent, like you name, I have a real good buddy named that... anyways, lemme see skme of your graphics. Like I said before, "To qualify, give me proof of what experience you have, and what you wanna be." Sorry, but if I was just to hire people with out proof, I would just have a whole lot of staff, doing nothing.

    dark_croconaw, sure you qualify. You can be a resource collecter. Ok, you already gave me proof you can do it, by giving me that url. So if you want... sure, you can be a staff. Contact me if you want to. Oh and thanks for that url, it is really useful.
