ok i need help if i choose the correct nature and movesets i already breed all of these and have EV trained the first 2 though i will rebreed all of then if necesary except tyranitar. Improvements, criticism, and help is greatly appreciated

your porygon z is fine, so is tyranitar, just give porgon z.. Ice beam, tri attack, nasty plot, dark pulse.

i was thinking of rebreeding porygon for timid since nasty plot already double its sp att so speed would probably be important.

what about the EV's that i out for them?

waht level is it, use berries to lower its attack stat and drug its speed.
