I'm unfamiliar with some of them, such as ur pale, ra vu, and amnis. And I think you mean Locant, not Iocant. :\

It's Iocant on the card, no typo. Here's the stats on those cards you don't know.

Name- Ur Pale, Seeker of Sunlight
Cost- 4
Power- 2500+
Effect- While all the cards in your mana zone are light cards, this creature gets +2000 power.
Set- Rampage of the Super Warriors

Name- Ra Vu, Seeker of Lightning
Cost- 6
Power- 4000
Effect- Whenever this creature attacks, you may return a light spell card from your graveyard to your hand.
Set- Rampage of the Super Warriors

Name- Amnis, Holy Elemental
Cost- 7
Power- 5000
Effect 1- Darkness Blocker (Whenever an opponent's darkness creature attacks, you may tap this creature to stop the attack. Then the 2 creatures battle.)
Effect 2- When this creature loses a battle against a darkness creature, this creature isn't destroyed.)

well for starters your Amnis is a bit too situational. Apolicy my cousing taught me that works very well is " If it has no immediate use for oyu, it's no good." That means that tha t7 tap 5000 blocker coul easily be replaed by a 5 tap 6000 blocker called another Suzbs kin with lower mana cost and a higher strength. True he can be killed by darkness creature while the other can't, but a good death smoke or terror pit takes care of ra vu anyway so you might as well go for something with less that promises more. the ur hale are good however, you shoudl get more of them.

Holy awe and Sundrop armor shoudl be masxed out. one sundrop alone runs very poorly, and requires four if you want to annoy your opponent to death with it .Same goes for Holy Awe. That's all I really ahve to say right now. I give more suggestions and tell you what I definatly know is good in that deck later.

Ok! Thanks for the advice...only thing is I have a whole bunch of other cards and another deck as well. Got any suggestions for the light deck?

Not much, you just have too many high level monsters. Please put more low levels of Light Civilization cards.
