The data on a majority of the pokemon that you seek can be found in trainer battles. Make sure you go through Routes more than once to get all of the data; sometimes there's no other place to obtain the data short of a link trade

The numbers in bold are pretty pretty good so it might be hard to trade for them... but you can find rotom in the old house in the forest at night by looking at the tv...
