I like more HP and less SpAtk but, yea thats fine
I also use HP: grass for pert since, mence likes to die to a CM'ed T-Bolt
but, since you are starting with it you would want HP: ice

I like HP: Bug over Earthquake and I use the exact same Evs, that 400 def is a nice number to stop at

McGar will give you a VERY hard time if it gets a sub up, which it can only on 2 pokmeon, so long as you leave ice beam on bliss and swap Weezing for Venusaur
