HELP my Team

[Mr. Charizard]

Hey guys I just joined the forum and am just hearing about all this ev and natures, and sweepers, and I dont understand any of it. Can anyone help me with my team, as in giving me movesets suggestion? The pokemon I want to have on my team are: Empoleon, Arcanine, Spiritomb, Dragonite, Charizard, Scyther, Milotic, Lucario, and Garchomp. However, after less than a day in this forum I have realized that my current movesets are terrible and am gona use my ditto to start from scratch, I like all theese pokemon but am not sure which to have on my team, please help.
