    Hi everyone, I need help finding good Pokémon NDS ROM Hacking Tools. Please be kind enough to put some links in the comments. I'm making a hack of HGSS (Heart Gold Soul Silver) So I would like some tools that would work with those games, thank you!
     
    Swampert Tools has a nice Gym Leader editor aswell as tools for other Generations and for D/P/Pt.

    Spiky's DS Map Editor is also handy, not only does it edit DS maps, it also has a Hex Editor, Wild Pokemon Editor, and other great tools.

    Project Pokemon ROM Editor is also something that is recommended to hack DS Pokemon games. Comes with a Pokemon Editor, Trainer Editor, and another Map Editor.
