Help needed for Battle Frontier team!

Hey guys, i need some help with choosing the team-ups for Battle Frontier and Battle Tower!

I've caught quite alot of Pokemon in my Emerald, so if you think that a Pokemon is suitable anywhere, just feel free to name it.:D

I need help with deciding on the order of the Pokemon, their items, and their movesets.

For now, my team-ups for the BT are as follows:

Single Battle Rooms (Open Level):

1) Metagross @ Choice Band
-Adamant, Clear Body
-HP: 301, ATK: 405, DEF: 297, SpATK: 203, SpDEF: 279, SPE: 176
-Moves: Meteor Mash, Explosion, Earthquake and Sludge Bomb

2) Starmie @ Leftovers
-Modest, Natural Cure
-HP: 261, ATK: 167, DEF: 206, SpATK: 328, SpDEF: 207, SPE: 329
-Moves: Surf, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt and Recover

3) ???

Double Battle Rooms (Open Level):

1) Swampert @ ???
-Careful, Torrent
-HP: 401, ATK: 256, DEF: 236, SpATK: 185, SpDEF: 289, SPE: 156
-Moves: Rock Slide, Earthquake, Curse and Rest

2) Blissey @ ???
-Bold, Natural Cure
-HP: 704, ATK: 50, DEF: 130, SpATK: 186, SpDEF: 317, SPE: 146
-Moves: Seismic Toss, Counter, Aromatherapy and Softboiled

3) Scizor @ ???
-Impish, Swarm
-HP: 335, ATK: 296, DEF: 303, SpATK: 131, SpDEF: 196, SPE: 199
-Moves: Silver Wind, Swords Dance, Agility, Baton Pass

4) Crobat @ ???
-Adamant, Inner Focus
-HP: 312, ATK: 302, DEF: 195, SpATK: 157, SpDEF: 195, SPE: 358
-Moves: Sludge Bomb, Aerial Ace, HP Fighting, Shadow Ball

For the Frontier, i have no idea whom should i use ):

PS. Please help me, all help is truly appreciated.
Just feel free to make any changes to the team as you deem fit, i will take as many suggestions as you can give.:D

Rock Slide would be more useful than Sludge Bomb for Metagross in my opinion, it helps with Zapdos, Gyarados, etc. Last team slot could be another physical nuke like Gyarados, Heracross, Slaking, etc. And Metagross is fine as the lead, so it can stay.

I never played Doubles so I can't offer much help on that. :(

Try Salamance for Single Battles. I've used it in HG/SS, and it had Flamethrower, Dragon Claw, Dark Claw, and Hyper Beam. It worked out really well!

Try this:

Salamence @ ???
(all I know is mine was lv. 72)
Flamethrower, Dragon Claw, Shadow Claw, Hyper Beam

It worked for me in SS; why not Emerald? You can change the moves, except Dragon Claw and Flamethrower (exception: Fire Blast w/PP Up).
