Help on creating a size appropriate avatar

I haven't got many ideas as to how I can resolve an image issue. I came across a quiz that I stumbled across through someone's sig and would like to encorporate with it main sig picture.

I will give you links to both my pictures and if you can find a way with size appropriateness for the forum that would be great.

I assume you want the Butterfree one's text still readable, and the Mew one placed immediately below it as per the order you posted. If you're only using one, the Mew one is fine as is in your post; if you want both as I assume, here you go.

Butterfree image's width reduced to 500px.
Mew image's height reduced to 133px (other image's height in resized state is 167px, adds up to 300px height total).

Both JPEG 1x1,1x1,1x1, 100 quality, slow DCT, hermite resampling, sharpened to a value of 30 in XnView.

If you want something done differently just ask.
